Liam Rice is an English-born composer living and working in Los Angeles.

Liam has contributed music to a range of projects including Disney Jr and Lucasfilm’s Star Wars: The Young Jedi Adventures, Lyle, Lyle Crocodile (Sony), Alice’s Wonderland Bakery (Disney), Bob Ross: Happy Accidents, Betrayal & Greed (Netflix), Tiger (HBO), and The First Wave (National Geographic).

Liam grew up in England, learning to play piano and guitar as a child. He went on to experience and engage with a wide range of styles and genres from traditional music of the British Isles to rock and metal. After interning at local recording studios and developing an interest in audio production and recording Liam went on to study music production and composition for film at Leeds College of Music, before moving to the US in 2017 to study a Masters in music composition for the screen at Columbia College Chicago.

 Since moving to LA at the beginning of 2019, Liam has worked closely with notable composers such as Matthew Margeson (Kingsman series, Rocketman) and H. Scott Salinas (The Banker, Sea of Shadows). 

As well as his work as a composer, Liam often also works as a music editor on projects such as Sasquatch (Hulu), and Force of Nature (Lionsgate).
